These graphics are saved in png (which is supported by all new graphic applications and web browsers) format so they can be used as tubes in PaintShop Pro, objects in PhotoImpact or opened in PhotoShop.

Terms and Conditions for web sets are different and can be viewed on the web set page.

You MAY use these graphics for commercial or non-commercial projects such as: web design, sigs, tags, stationery, scrapbooking, etc., without credit and no linkbacks are required although always appreciated! I retain the original Copyright to prevent redistribution as they are now. You may not make profit from the sales of accumulated Tubes, in the state as I offer them to you (e.g., as a CD). The only condition is that none of my Tubes/PNG's can be offererd for download on your site, exchanged in tube-groups and do NOT change file names!

You MAY freely distribute or sell anything you CREATE from the graphics. You MAY alter the graphics in anyway you wish. You MAY NOT hotlink to my zip files. You MAY NOT redistribute these graphics as brushes, .psd files, tubes or clipart. (i.e. burning them to a CD and reselling them or offering them for download from your site.).

You may burn a copy of them to a CD for your personal use. Under no circumstances may any image or component be resold as part of any clip art or stock art collection. You MAY NOT pass them through "tubes groups". If you wish you can send a link to my site through the groups.

You must signup as a member to obtain the graphics. By signing up for a membership you agree to the above terms. Memberships are NOT automatically renewed. You must renew each time yours expires.

NOTE: *** If you order a membership using free email address servers such as hotmail or yahoo and you haven't heard from me in several hours - send me a real email address. Free servers tend to block email and I won't be able to email your password unless you provide me with an alternative address - these will never be shared. It would also be smart to check that you do not have a block on your email (especially with AOL addresses). Your password and username will be sent to the email address you gave to paypal.
